Welcome to 360 Ketamine

Experience deep, lasting healing with compassionate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and expert integration therapy.

Transform your mental health with compassionate, trauma-informed care from a board-certified integrative psychiatrist. At 360 Ketamine, we combine cutting-edge ketamine therapy with personalized integration to help you unlock new pathways to healing, growth, and resilience.

While ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) offers profound potential for transformative change, the true power of this approach lies not just in the experience of the ketamine sessions themselves, but in how you integrate those insights into your life. This is why we place a special emphasis on integration therapy, working with you every step of the way to ensure that the breakthroughs you experience are fully realized and sustainable.

KAP isn’t just about symptom reduction — it’s about transformation. It opens the door to healing patterns at their root, not just managing them on the surface.

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a leading-edge mental health treatment that combines the healing power of ketamine with expert psychotherapy. This approach helps breakthrough emotional blocks, rewires stuck brain patterns, and fosters profound self-awareness — for conditions like treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD and more. This innovative approach offers a unique pathway to healing, particularly for those who haven’t found lasting relief with traditional therapies or medications.

Why Consider Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?

The ups and downs of life happen to all of us. We all have traumas and behaviors that we would like to change, given the opportunity Ketamine can assist us by temporarily changing the part of the brain we operate from. During this state of being, in the period of time after a ketamine session, we are in a state of potential and optimized emotional healing. This is the integration period which is when we are able to channel our internal wisdom, make connections and integrate insights we may have during the ketamine session.

When we can understand the events that have shaped our behaviors, we can begin to grow, change and heal.

Ketamine assisted therapy gives us the opportunity to gently open the way forward exposing events, behaviors and patterns that no longer serve us. We are able to unlock areas in the psyche that are stuck, open our hearts and untangle the thought patterns that cause emotional pain and long-term suffering.

By utilizing the psychedelic properties of ketamine, alongside psychotherapy, the intention is to gain lasting results with fewer ketamine treatments as compared to IV ketamine infusions without the benefit of psychotherapy. Using ketamine with psychotherapy attenuates the power of the therapy, but more than that, it allows the patient to go deeply into areas that are normally inaccessible by the everyday mind in a gentle, exploratory and non-threatening way.

The hours to weeks after a ketamine session is a powerful time because we can find ourselves in a state of truth and wisdom. It is important then that we have a guide who is thoughtful,
trustworthy, insightful and ultimately, a safe haven.

Testimonials

NR

After experiencing some devastating losses and a significant health scare over the course of a year, I was referred to Dr. Kate Canfield by a couple of trusted sources.  I will say it has been the most helpful therapeutic engagement I've ever experienced.  Over a series of sessions, one ketamine-assisted,  I can say that I'm in such a healthy, peaceful space.  Dr. Canfield is the quintessential helping professional.  She creates a warm environment that is conducive to self-exploration and healthy change and offers keen insights that come from being an exceptional listener and a welcoming guide on one's path to wellness.  She has been a wonderful healing presence in my life and I am so grateful that my journey led me to her.

HG

With her kind manner of inquiry and deep listening, Kate quickly integrated the context of my clinical and psychological history, my outward relationships and inner family and early backstory and imprints, my 29-nine years of recovery, and my most recent spiritual and psychological work.

From her clinical expertise and therapeutic experience, Kate shared the possibilities of accelerating breakthroughs that lead to more profound inner acceptance, surrender, and
detachment, resulting in a heightened sense of awareness, clarity, and ease that the Ketamine-
Assisted Psychotherapy journeys might provide.

CJ

When I first began seeing Kate, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety which I was afraid would turn into substance abuse. Over time, with her care and presence, and with the help of ketamine
sessions, I was able to get to the root of my problems and overcome my dependence issues and depression.

Working with Kate is not your typical psychotherapy. Kate gently holds a space of safety, acceptance, care and understanding in her sessions. It is hard to describe how she is different
from others in the field, but what I can say is that working with Kate, I have healed patterns I have been trying to address much of my adult life.
